Cat's Kids Yoga will help your child with mind and body connection, anxiety and stress, self awareness, communication skills, muscle strength and tone, concentration, balance, flexibility, coordination. Committed to teaching life skills & helping children build a loving, bright, and positive future. Parents receive weekly pictures and class summaries.
